2 Cups of frozen berries (Marionberry, Raspberry and Blueberries were used in picture)
3/4 Cup of Coconut Cream (use the canned coconut milk - not lite)
1/2 Cup of Nut milk or Rice milk
2 frozen bananas
To prepare: put the bananas in the freezer along with the Coconut Cream can. The Coconut Cream doesn't need to be completely frozen, just pop it in the freezer for an hour or so. Take a food processor (or blender) and add the frozen berries, bananas and coconut cream (the coconut cream will be solid when you open the can, just spoon out the amount needed). As you begin to mix the ingredients, slowly add the nut milk to the mix. Process or blend it for about three minutes, until the mixture is smooth and thickened. Pop the mixture back in the freezer for a half hour and it should be close to ice cream consistency when you take it out. (the above picture was taken before it was put in the freezer to harden)
Add cacoa nibs and cinnamon to the top!
