Last Autumn, our office participated in the above challenge. It only took 3-4 minutes out of our work day and was a great motivator to get us moving and out of our desks. It obviously wasn't mandatory; but anyone who wanted to and was physically able got into the challenge and we all had a great time encouraging one another. If you have varying fitness levels in your office, try offering two separate schedules and the employees can pick which one best suits them. Remember to keep the attitude encouraging and not to berate anyone for not being able to finish the whole challenge. The idea is for each person to reach their individual goal and to gain motivation from their co-workers, not to get discouraged and feel like they are letting down their team. Let's reach our goals together!
