Add a house plant or two in your living space! Certain house plants, such as Lady Palms or Spider plants, can greatly improve the air quality in your home over time. Make sure that whatever plant you choose is non-toxic to your children or pets.
Go on a spontaneous walk or hike! It can be short or long, but getting out in the fresh air and moving our bodies is always beneficial. If you live in the Portland area, try hiking near the Hoyt Arboretum (pictured above), it is a short drive from Portland or the West side.
